Job description: 

• Teaching ESL lessons to international students or English learners 

• Full-time working schedule (no more than 35h/week) 

• Pre-job training and on-job training provided 

• All the curriculum provided, so our teachers can be more focused on teaching 

• Passionate about language education 

• Adhere to the class schedule 

• Responsible to regularly check for and respond to messages and emails from ILC administration. 

• Create lesson plans for students 

• Grade student essays and tests 

• Ensure that the classroom stays orderly 

• Encourage students to speak English in class 

• Correct grammar and pronunciation mistakes for student 

• Write progress reports for students

Preferred Qualifications:    

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate preferred

• 2 years of experience teaching 

• Knowledge about great works of literature 

• Ability to create curriculum
